Here is the place to be to answer all of those burning questions you have about our hotel and your stay! We know that planning a trip can be overwhelming, so we're here to help ease your mind and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Reservations
It is not possible to reserve a room with a balcony or large bathroom. You can only choose between the different room types listed on the website. You can mention certain room requests when booking, we will do our best to accommodate this.
Payments
The Strandhotel accepts most credit and debit cards. Cash payments are also allowed. (Please note, notes of €200 or more are not accepted)
Arrival
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM. If you would like to check in after 9:30 PM, please contact us directly on the day of arrival.
During your stay
We offer rates including and excluding breakfast. If you decide not to reserve breakfast when booking, you can add it at check-in for just €12.50 per person. If you want breakfast on the day itself, this costs €17.50 per person.
Departure
The standard check out time is 11:00 am. However, when you’ve booked a room via our hotel website you can select a free ‘Late check out’ at 12:00 am. For an extra late check out at 2:00 pm, we charge € 25,00 (depending on the availabilty).
Rates
With a flexible rate of 3 days you can cancel your reservation free of charge if you do this more than 3 days before the arrival date. For a flexible rate of 14 days, cancellation is free of charge if this happens more than 14 days before the arrival date. To be eligible for free cancellation, you must always arrange this in a timely manner via the reservation channel you used.
